WEBSITE TROUBLESHOOTING

How to Create an Account:

Click on the red icon on the right sidebar.

Click on “Register” and enter a Username & an email address & click on “Sign Up”.

A password will be sent to that email from WordPress.com.

o    Often this email ends up in junk mail so be sure to check there if you don’t see it. If you don’t receive the email, check your spelling. If the spelling is correct, your company may have security walls that are blocking the email from coming through. Call or email Lily Jack if this seems to be the case.

When you get the email, copy the password, go back to Lilyjack.com & click on “Login”.

Enter your Username OR your email address & paste the password into the correct field & click “Login”.

How to Log-In:

Click on the red account icon on the right sidebar.

Make sure to click on “Login” at the top. There are 3 options that appear on the right sidebar “Log in”, “Register” & “Forgot?”. Be careful not to mistakenly press “Reset Password” under “Forgot?” instead of logging in.

If you forgot your password:

Click on “Forgot?”, put in your login or email & click on “Reset Password”.

A new password will be sent to your email (check the junk mail). Copy the new password.

Follow instructions for “How to Log-in”

If you want to change the password to something you can easily remember:

Click “Change my password.” You will be directed to the “My Account” page.

On the “My Account page”, again you will see “Change my Password” next to the Username. Click on “Change my Password” & follow instructions to change the Password to something you can easily remember.

If you cannot remember your login name, the email you used to create your account AND your password:

Create a new account using a different email address as your login name.

How to set up a COMPANY ACCOUNT:

Choose someone at the company to set up the account.

Choose a general Username (ex: name of the Company or Department)

Choose a company email address to which that account can be linked & to which things like passwords can be sent (perhaps you have an existing generic email like Info@company.com or DesignOffice@companyname.com ).

o    It is not possible to have one account with numerous passwords. The reason is that each account is connected to one email for security purposes (much like your Amazon.com account or just about any other online account you or your client may have) and so each email address/account can only have one password linked to it.

Go to Lilyjack.com and click on the red icon on the right sidebar.

Click on “Register” and enter the general Username & generic email address & click on “Sign Up”.

A password will be sent to that email from WordPress.com.

Enter your Username or the email address & paste the password into the correct field & click on “Log in”.

Once you are logged in, you will see an option to “Change my password.”

If you would like to change the password to something easy like “12345”, click on “Change my password”. You will be directed to the “My Account” page.

On the “My Account page” again you will see “Change my Password” next to the Username. Click on that & follow instructions to change the Password.

Send an email to your coworkers with the Username, Email & Password for your new Lily Jack Company Account.
